People heal best when they feel safe. That includes emotional safety, physical safety, and the assurance that what happens between a client and our team stays there. Every companion, coach, and care manager at SEI signs and operates under strict confidentiality agreements.
But more than a policy, discretion is part of our culture. It’s in how we communicate, how we travel, how we interact in homes, hospitals, and treatment programs. We train rigorously for privacy-sensitive situations, including working with high-profile individuals, entertainment professionals, medical practitioners, and corporate leaders. Our staff understand that protecting client identity is non-negotiable.
We also maintain HIPAA-compliant communication and record-keeping for any coordination with treatment centers, therapists, or physicians. Information is shared only with those you authorize, and never beyond the circle of care.
