Medical Companion Care

Someone by your side while you put the pieces back in place.

Healing doesn’t stop when you leave the doctor’s office, surgery center, or hospital.  For many patients, the hardest part begins afterward, navigating recovery safely, managing appointments, or simply not facing the process alone.

We extend our trusted recovery model to those needing medical companion care, offering professional, discreet, and compassionate support for individuals recovering from surgery, managing medical conditions, or requiring travel assistance. Our team provides the same steady, human-centered approach that defines all our services: someone by your side while you rebuild daily life.

What Is Medical Companion Care?

Medical companion care provides personal support for individuals recovering from procedures, illness, or injury. From a recent cosmetic surgery to an orthopedic operation, our patient companions help bridge the gap between medical care and daily living. Our companions  assist with travel, discharge coordination, follow-up appointments, medication schedules, meals, and basic daily structure, so patients can focus on healing instead of logistics.

We support clients with a wide range of needs, including:

  • Post-surgical recovery (plastic surgery, orthopedic, or general medical procedures)
  • Outpatient appointments requiring supervision or travel assistance
  • Chronic illness or mobility limitations needing consistent companion care
  • Older adults or patients living alone who benefit from structured daily support
  • Traveling patients requiring accompaniment to or from medical destinations

What Our Medical Companions Do

Each situation is different, but the goal is the same: to make sure you’re cared for safely and respectfully. All companion care services are discreet and personalized to fit your medical needs.  Our companions:

  • Coordinate medical transport to or from facilities, clinics, or airports
  • Stay with you through pre-op, post-op, or discharge
  • Ensure medications and follow-up instructions are followed correctly
  • Prepare or organize your living space for recovery
  • Assist with meals, hydration, and light errands
  • Provide emotional support and stability during downtime
  • Stay overnight or on-call for the first days after surgery or treatment

When to Request a Medical Companion

  • You’re recovering from a surgical or medical procedure and need help for a few days
  • You’re traveling alone for treatment and want peace of mind
  • You live far from family and need temporary post-discharge support
